Public Space Paintings: The Mission Neighborhood of San Francisco

My posting has been infrequent because I’ve been traveling. My most recent stop is San Francisco, which has a lot of art and history and goodness for those of us who like that kind of thing. On Saturday, I took the San Francisco City Guides free Mission Murals tour, which walks participants through many public space paintings in the Mission neighborhood of San Francisco. It was an excellent tour, as I’m a big fan of public art; this city, the Mission in particular, is rife with it. Here is a slideshow of some of my photos:
